Haven't been cooking much lately... lacked the motivation and the ingredients. Would like to get back into it, but need to start with a plan.
I cooked steaks for dinner last night and his majesty always has gravy with his, but I hadn't bought any. Luckily I had the ingredients to make some and by some I mean nearly 2 litres!!
It was quite a mild gravy and in fact although I don't like gravy as a rule, I really enjoyed it.
I will need to freeze the rest in batches but overall, another successfull recipe!
